Frankly, a delight from start to finish!
The salmon pavรฉ lacquered with honey and mustard was just perfect: melting, well-balanced between sweetness and mustard, and cooked to perfection. The polenta fries? A real delight! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. And the spinach added just the right touch of freshness.
And then there was the ginger cookie... so good with my coffee... moist, just the right amount of flavor, a real nice surprise to finish on a high note.
In short, a great experience, thank you Zineb !!!!

Chef Zineb is full of surprises, she has delighted our palates with tasty and original flavors from eclectic inspirations which are to die for. The brunches on the first Sunday of the month is a MUST. I can't wait to find out more about what's coming next
Superb cooking workshop with Zineb for her famous salt-crusted chicken. Very clear step-by-step instructions (to keep at home!) and her expertise in learning techniques and answering our questions! Top-notch, delicious and above all, I was able to remake the recipe at home! ๐ Thank you Zineb for your patience and good humor!

We didn't come all the way from Paris for nothing. The exhibition is no longer available, but this brunch was worth it!
