3 options: reusable containers, or disposable but recyclable. Your own containers are welcome!
Who we are
A catering boutique in Mézières in the Slow Food trend, celebrating traditional "Mamma" cuisine around the world, while remaining rooted in today's socio-ecological context.

A dish of the day, accompanied by 2 or 3 starters and desserts, plus a selection of house drinks.

The grocery store
Homemade grocery products to help you discover the ingredients used in the preparation of your favorite dishes.

Catering service
Catering service on request, for a minimum of 10 people, customized to your needs, preferences and budget. On-site service is not offered, however, orders can be picked up in-store or delivered to your home or office for a standard delivery charge.

Cooking classes
The cooking classes will focus on both "Savory" and "Sweet" themes and can be adapted for both children and adults. Classes can be run in groups of up to 5 people.

How it all began...
About 5 years ago, my life took a surprising turn: I went from being a consultant... to becoming a Chef!
I felt a deep need for change, and that's when I decided to follow my lifelong passion and make my dream come true!
The big question was HOW to get there... but I had a plan:
Step 1 - Legitimacy: join the school of culinary excellence, the Institut Paul Bocuse.
Step 2 - Reputation: to put this into practice and put my new skills into practice by becoming a chef at the Comptoir Gourmand in the Ariana Museum and at Vortex Coffee & Food.
Step 3 - A project: launch my own company, Z Atelier Culinaire, of which I am very proud!
