Birthday party for 52 people. It was a fantastic celebration, thanks in part to the excellent chicken couscous with seven vegetables and caramelized raisins, and the appetizer of raw vegetable salad with citrus fruits! Chef Zineb is full of surprises, she has delighted our palates with tasty and original flavors from eclectic inspirations which are to die for. The brunches on the first Sunday of the month is a MUST. I can't wait to find out more about what's coming next

Superb cooking workshop with Zineb for her famous salt-crusted chicken. Very clear step-by-step instructions (to keep at home!) and her expertise in learning techniques and answering our questions! Top-notch, delicious and above all, I was able to remake the recipe at home! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you Zineb for your patience and good humor!
